Comp Squad

A class for competitive athletes, with specific focus on their competition routines. Athletes can expect personalised attention to refine their routines, increase their stamina, and develop an undeniable stage presence, helping them unleash and maximise their competitive potential. Comp Squad involves minor revisions, fine-tuning and some self-guided rehearsal in the space.

Additionally, classes touch on Journaling, Preparation, Pre-comp Nerves, Breathing Technique, Confidence Boosting, Stage presence, Visual/Costume Design Inspiration & more..

Privates

30 Mins - 2 Hours

We are proud to offer one-on-one personalised training, designed to elevate your performance and help you stand out from the competition.

Competitive routines must be choreographed to completion in Private sessions. With the undivided attention of one of our experienced coaches, you can expect tailored routines that highlight your strengths and push you to new heights.

Additional private sessions can be booked throughout the year for revisions and prior to/after competitions, allowing you to fine-tune your routine and stay ahead of the curve. This opportunity for extra coaching encourages a competitive edge and accelerates development.
