Coach Steph has been involved in competitive Sport Aerobics for 12 years, after starting off in a local High School Aerobics program. Today, Coach Steph has a Bronze medal around her neck after competing at the 2023 FISAF World Championships in Belgium! After representing Australia at an International level, Steph is excited to be bringing home her experience to pass onto her young athletes.

Building passion in her athletes, safety within development, and mateship between fellow athletes, are at the core of Steph’s coaching values, grown across her past 5 years of coaching.
